Shot @ Remus Exhaust Sound Clip Take 2written by Alex -- December 31st, 2007Filed under: Alex's Speed Triple, Staff Bikes | Comments (0) |
So while Justin was practicing riding his bike around the inside of a reservoir, I decided to take another stab at capturing an exhaust sound clip of my Remus Grand Prix’s. It came out a bit better than the first one, but I am still not satisfied with the sound quality. I really want to show you guys the awesome sound these things make!

Project Daytona Carbon Tank Padwritten by Alex -- December 31st, 2007Filed under: Daytona 675 Track Project, Project Bikes | Comments (0) |
Got this nifty little piece from Triumph today. It’s a sheet of carbon fiber encased in hard enamel. Attaches to the tank with seven 0.5″ x 0.5″ double sided tape squares. Not much of a “padding” but it does prevent tank scratches. It is actually very durable, as I tried to mark it with my belt and keys and it’s still as good as new! Can’t wait to install it but have to wait until the bike gets painted first.
