So while Justin was practicing riding his bike around the inside of a reservoir, I decided to take another stab at capturing an exhaust sound clip of my Remus Grand Prix’s. It came out a bit better than the first one, but I am still not satisfied with the sound quality. I really want to show you guys the awesome sound these things make!
Got this nifty little piece from Triumph today. It’s a sheet of carbon fiber encased in hard enamel. Attaches to the tank with seven 0.5″ x 0.5″ double sided tape squares. Not much of a “padding” but it does prevent tank scratches. It is actually very durable, as I tried to mark it with my belt and keys and it’s still as good as new! Can’t wait to install it but have to wait until the bike gets painted first. If you like this post then please consider subscribing to our full feed RSS or receive new posts by Email.
What a beautiful day for riding. The sun was out and the weather was excellent. Here she is ready for a ride! It was back to the parking lot to practice turning. I picked two lampposts and did loops around them. They were relatively far apart so I practiced my shifting as well. I tried to focus on controlling my speed, rear-braking, and down-shifting while going into the turn. |
