This month, I finally decided to suck it up and use the chrome rims on our project 675. I’ll just have to build and color match the bike to suit the chrome color.

Anyways, I got them wrapped in the OEM Pirelli’s at WerkStat (Read related funny story in Alex’s Speed Triple section), and they actually look kinda sweet:

    Review: Buell XB12X Ulysses

    Aaron

I’d like to start off by introducing myself as Aaron from Mototestride.com. I am pleased to have the opportunity to share some of my motorcycle blogging reviews with the readers of Inline Performance Magazine. I look forward to sharing many of my test rides and experiences with everyone. For my debut, I decided to share my test ride and opinion on the Buell XB12X Ulysses. Please enjoy.

I have to admit that when I arrived at Fletcher’s Harley Davidson in Clearwater, FL, I was a little nervous to finally saddle up on Buell’s revolutionary 1203cc dual-sport Ulysses. It just has a commanding presence that seems to let you know ahead of time that you are in for a ride like no other. If you look at the specifications, the numbers coming from the air/oil cooled v-twin can be intimidating. For starters, the 84 ft. lbs. of torque at 6,000 rpms is enough to make you think twice of riding it.

IPM offered Jake mediation. Mediation yielded no results.

IPM presented case in court. Judge asked Jake if there were any facts he disagreed with. He responded with a, “No.” Judge will send out decision in two weeks.

Tony bought some CRG Levers off Ebay that had been anodized gray and silver. They looked like someone had spent a lot of time on them, as they all looked like the product of labor of love. Unfortunately, they were made for Ducati 748s and 996s. No problem, a call to Lex Racing and they sent over the appropriate perches. We did a quick swap and viola! Check them out!
